    Hello All I have a 1966 evinrude 9.5 given to me with powerhead completely disassembled. After assembly, I tried to set points. All new parts utilized, points rub blocks never touch cam, so they never open . I have a '73 as well and if I remove it's timing plate and install on 66, the points...
