    I can push the cylinder in and pull it out pretty easy do I need to replace it? Or can I rebuild that one as well

    I am rebuilding my tilt and trim but i am a bit confused there are 2 cylinders but one is hooked to the hydraulic system for the tilt and trim and the other cylinder has absolutly no lines going to it, it is stamped 14 83 on it
