    tohatsu 30mfs 2018 chokes under load

    7 years ran well , then started having momentary loss of rpm but came right back. Now starts right up and runs at idle, pulls away from the dock for a couple of minutes, then won't rev up or even idle after couple of minutes. Momentary pulses of firing and low low rpm with an occasional surge...
