    Merc 165 strait 6 surges

    "I have twin 165's on a 24 "I have twin 165's on a 24' sea ray. The port eng surges above 3000 rpm under a load. Changed carb, and fuel pump, and all filters. Starboard eng. runs fine wot of about 4000. Any other ideas?"
