    1969 33 HP Johnson Carb Rebuild Question

    I am in the process of rebuilding the carb on a 69 33 hp EL motor and am wondering how to properly set the baseline for the low speed needle valve. It appears that the bushing is not seated and is spinning. So how do I back it off 1 1/2 turn? Thanks Scott
