    Mercury 115 Tower of Power Engine Swap

    Hi Everyone, I have two little speedboats, each have a Merc Tower of Power 115. How do I swap the engines, while leaving the mounts behind on their respective boats, followed by replacing the engines on the opposite boats, on different mounts? Is this possible?

    Hey everyone, I just found out that the motor I purchased recently has a bent prop shaft. How hard is this to replace? how much does a new shaft cost? Also, when I put the engine into gear, it grids for about three seconds before finally catching. Are my gears toast?
