    " I have a 1986 9.9 Mariner wh " I have a 1986 9.9 Mariner which looses power when I accelerate. I pull out the choke part way and it will speed up but I must keep my hands on the choke as it will not stay in place. I recently had it tuned up and they said every thihg was adjusted properly...
