    2007 E-Tec 115 Tachometer not working

    boat grounded in shallow water and the next day the tach color is red.tried master reset and even unplugged the batteries.no code given and mode button will not move to check anything.do I need new tachmeter.It's a 2011 evinrude pro series gauge
