    My 65 HP Merc Manuel tilt is q My 65 HP Merc Manuel tilt is quite stiff to lift It has 2 shock obsorber type lifters that seem to make lifting the engine quite differcult. Is there a way that I can free them up. Of can I disconect them or remove them without effecting the engines performance ?
