    1997 Evinrude 25 not pumping water after pump kit install

    Help, I'm missing something. Just installed complete water pump kit and new thermostat. Started the motor with muffs and it pumped a lot of water. Big stream from the telltale and warm water from the rear. Shut off the motor and re installed the cowl. Restarted with the muffs. Nothing. Shutdown...
