    OMC Stern 3.8l stalls after warm up...

    Hello Mates.. so heres the story... at the beggining of spring decided to get the boat ready for summer it was stalling before so I drained the tank into a clear large tupper ware .. holds 15 gallons... it had almost an inch of water in it I did not return the fuel it was used in my truck...
