    F200 won't throttle up when warm?

    I have a 2003 Yamaha F200 and have an issue regarding throttle once the engine has been running for about ½ hour. It will warm up and run for about 30 minutes, but if I stop and restart the engine or come back to an idle for some time I can no longer take it past about 3000 rpm or use any more...
