    1996 yamaha f115 4 stroke

    I have a 1996 115 4 stroke and the power trim is making a loud noise when I try to trim the motor down all the way, it only makes the noise when it comes down and starts pushing down on the 2 small pistons that are connected to the cylinders, almost as if the pistons are dry and they are binding...
