    1988 Evanrude 90 VRO weak spark

    Sorry, looks like i need to learn how to spell Evinrude, Motor starts and run's , but the lower cylinders don't seem to be firing, plugs are wet with fuel ,I removed the coils and checked them. Coil resistance is below measured in ohms 1 st set of numbers= wire connection to Ground 2nd set...
