    2004 60hp elpt efi HP Pump not getting voltage

    New hp pump and fuel pressure regulator, bowl fills and bulb firm. No voltage to pump connector when ign to ON. Two of the four fuses have +12v and fuses are all ok. Engine will crank but not start. I've worked on many outboards but electrical isn't my strong suite. Engine electronic system...
