    1988 4 hp evinrude model # E4RDHCCS

    Would like to know the torque and sequence for the head bolts and also how the shift rod connects too replaced water pump on Model # E4RDHCCS. Have gotten two different torques answers from two different dealer one was 84 inch lbs. the other was 10 to 12 ft. lbs.:o Thanks, scamp3
