    8 hp 4 stroke kicker carb needs cleaning

    2001 T8PLRZ started running rough this summer and now doesn't run more than 3 seconds on full choke before quitting. Gas is ok as it runs off of big motor's tank. Went to remove carb and found outside bolt easy to access but can't get wrench or socket on inside bolt. Air intake and flywheel...
