    Mercury 60 hp command thrust 4 stroke.

    The shift lever jambs up and then won’t come out of neutral or if it jambs in gear won’t come out of gear. I took it apart and made sure cables were free and greased everything, it worked for awhile and I shut it off in gear and then it jammed up again. Anyone had this issue?
