    Volvo 150hp IO firing issue

    I am looking at buying a boat but the guy told me that last Summer they were out on the lake swimming and when they went to start the boat back up it wouldn't start. They figured out that they are not getting any fire to the plug. I am not to mechanically smart with boat motors. Any ideas...
