    2000 Honda 130 hp won't pee

    My outboard won't hardly pee when hooked up to the water hose or while in the water. I replaced the water pump, the existing water pump and housing looked fine but I had all new stuff so i went ahead and put new in. The water pump is installed correctly. Just tried hooking it up to the hose...
