    I have a 1988 9.9 mecury outboard and it is leaking gas. I have looked at buying a new engine because mine is so old. I want more power and found that the only difference on the 15 and 9.9 is the carb and exhaust ports. I read that you can put the 15 carb on the 9.9 and get lots of power...
