    Yes the primer bulb goes hard, what is the pulse limiter fitting to remove? Do you mean the primer bulb when you say operate the manual fuel pump?

    Don’t think so, according to the several YouTube videos I’ve watched, I am wondering about the pulse line and if it’s needed? For some reason I’m getting fuel dripping down the fin at bottom of the leg, it seems like it’s coming from around the prop shaft seal.

    Hi, I have a 70 hp 1985 evinrude outboard, I’ve converted the vro fuel pump to a standard pump but I can’t get the engine to run
