    03' J115PL4ST 115hp starts then dies

    I have a 2003 Johnson....BRP...115hp EFI that when it cranks it dies after about 3 seconds. Have checked fuel supply to the filter (clear) and the metal Filter. Both seem to have supply and pressure when I remove the lines. Will this motor run on the muffs or does it need to be submerged? If...
