    2006 yamaha 200 with a strange noise

    Picked up a Blazer Bay with a 200 yamaha that seemed to run well except for a low speed miss, and low water pressure. Had a tech replace the impeller and put a set of plugs in it. Runs fine but at low idle in gear, it now has a odd clunking almost like loose gears type sound at low speed...

    2004 115 Optimax shaft lenght

    I have a 2004 Optimax 115 with a bad lower unit and it has a 5" extension in the lower part. It is a ELPTO model. Does this stand for extra long shaft, such as the 28" version? The transom height on the boat is 30". 18'6" Kenner.
