    2003 4.3 Merc starter frozen

    2003 Trophy 2052 (4.3 MPI) has a stuck starter due to saltwater exposure. I would like to pull it, but can barely see bolts with a mirror, much less get a wrench on them. Does the exh manifold (riser) have to come off first? It can't be that the motor has to be pulled...can it? Would greatly...
