    older merc question 1978 70 hp 700

    i just bought a 1978 mercury 700 70hp 3 cylinder outboard started and ran fine on the hose got it home and found the bottom two cylinders are burnt my question is is this old of a motor worth rebuliding? i really dont have the money to buy another motor but can rebuild this one for around 1200...
