    57 evenrude 18 hp wont start

    I have an 57 Evinrude 18 hp motor that for the life of me, I can't get started. When I got it, I replaced points, condenser, coils, rebuilt the carb, new fuel lines, set the points to spec. When I go to start it, plenty of spark, good compression (70 psi), no pop, no nothing. I've tried...
