    1994 Merc 2 stroke 125 hp carbs I think.

    Hard starting. Runs fine once going except 1500 to 1800 rpm rough running. Runs smooth before 1500 and 1800-2000rpm.

    Engine cooling

    I have a 2014 Merc outboard 25 hp 4 stroke. H20 is coming out of side port on engine, but not as much as usual. No overheating alarm. Cleaned intake port with toothbrush, no increase of flow. Whats next.
