    Yes, and I don't know why. I think my outboard can be made in Belgium. On the Crowley Marine website there are parts for a 13.5 hp two-stroke. I'm a little lost with all this

    Thank you! But mine is two stroke engine. These are four stroke. Seems there is few 13.5 engines, 9.9 and 15 are more ussual. The number stamped at powerhead is always the same at transom plate?
