    honda bf50 efi throttle issue

    Hi all. I've a Honda bf50 efi which is on a 20ft shetland boat. I havnt had this from new. Engine starts and runs ok and no warning lights. Engine wont go above 3200rpm when in gear I'm aware that the efi models should reach 5000-6000 rpm. At 2000rpm I get approx 5knots and at 3200rpm 6.7knots...
