    2000 115 evinrude ficht starting problems

    will not fire right away almost kills battery sometimes trouble starting hot or cold have to engage full throttle for it to start pulled plugs after cranking it over alot and they were dry wonder if the fuel pump gets weak changed fuel filter any help or suggestions?
