    Bottom rePainting

    I have a 28 foot fiberglass boat that I took all of the bottom paint off. This had two layers of paint blue and a black layer. I will be painting it myself. Since it had been painted before do i need to sand the hull with 80 grit sand paper again before I apply the paint?
