    Tilt locked in all gears

    I have a Merc 65hp that I chan I have a Merc 65hp that I changed the impeller on; now the motor is locked down in all gears (won't tilt up). Dropped the unit again to check everything but same thing happens. Obviously I'm not seeing something. Ideas?
