    What's happening to my motor?

    Im having some flooding issues on my 2002 Mercury 40hp. I have to disconnect the fuel line going into the motor and remove spark plugs and turn key a few times to blow out excess gas out the open spark plug holes. Spark plugs will always be very wet,oily looking. I clean plugs and put back on...
