    new boat owner motor question

    Hi, I just bought a cheap bayliner capri that has been sitting for awhile. I bought a new battery but didn't want to fire up the motor yet for fear of killing it. The motor is a force 1251x8b. I do not smell fuel in the tank or see anything there. what is the first thing i should do to the motor...
