    cold start issues

    I have a 1988 Mercury 60 Hp 3cyl outboard that will not start unless it has a shot of starting fluid. The remote does not have a chock button or a push in key choke. There is no choke button on the motor. Does that mean it has an electronic choke or a fuel enrichener? How do I find out...
