    Drive shaft nut removal

    I have a 60 hp Mariner, the forward gear and te inion are damaged. I tried to take the assembly apart but I am having difficulty undoing the nut at the bottom of the driveshaft.I am wondering if it's a left hand thread or do I need a special wrench? It's kind of ackward to access. Appreciate...
