    I have struggled to find details for my 1960 SeaKing 5hp. I have been using the parts list for a Johnson 5.5hp. Your SeaKing 5hp gear case parts list was very useful. Can you tell me where I can find the complete parts list for my outboard?

    Shifter malfunction: my Sea King 5 hp slips out of gear.

    When going forward, my outboard slips out of gear. There is only minor wear to my shifter. The motor doesn't click when shifting to forward or reverse. The shifter system seems loose.

    Your motor was made in 1960. The oil mixture is a bit too heavy: 25/1 or 30/1 will work. I can't find a service manual, although sometime it may come up on eBay.
