    Volvo Penta 8.1 losing RPMs

    Twin Volvo pentas. one is running fine. the other will lose rpms when i push it to 4000 rpms. it will pull back to 2000 on its own. i'll pull them both back to idle speed, and i often will hear an audible bang. ii can slowly bring the engines back up to 3500-4000 and will run fine the rest...
