    Electical trouble shooting 1990 20 hp

    My 20 H.P. Mariner(1990? or earlier/serial #ob187217)) is only firing on the top cylinder. I replaced the coils. Problem still exists. Do I replace the power pack or pull the flywheel next. What would be the trouble shooting procedure?
