    50 horse merc wont start

    "I have a 50 horse merc serial "I have a 50 horse merc serial # is 7022491. I have spark on all 4 wires. #1 12o lbs, #2 95 lbs, #3 120 lbs #4 120 lbs of compression. Could it be out of time? Doesnt seem to want to fire when primed either. What should my compression be? Any ideas?"
