    Year of my outboard

    My serial number is as: Mariner 40E 676BL 412042 Can anyone help me identify the year? It's a 2 cyl with electric and pull rope start. Someone disconnected all the throttle cables and linkages. I need to get a diagram and parts list to put it back together. Thanks in advance.
