    35HP Engine wont turn

    Just removed the carb from my '86 35HP to rebuild and clean. After putting it together, it will not start. The flywheel will not move. Was running before that, but did not stay running, hence the reason for cleaning the carb. Is there something electrical that locks the flywheel? Since I had to...
