    2000 Johnson 9.9 half choke

    I have a 2000 Johnson 9.9. When I launch the boat and I put it in gear to go I have to keep it about half choke to keep it running at full throttle. It has probably about half power when at full throttle. I have new fuel, new plugs, sprayed carburetor cleaner in it. Any ideas on what to check next??
