    2003 60hp 4 stroke Mercury outboard EFI

    While running at 5000rpm my engine starts to surge and my speed and rpm's fluctuates until l shut down. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so what did you do? The engine in question is a Mercury 60hp 4 stroke 2003 EFI. Thank you. Rboycer
