    Mercruiser 140 Four Winns candia 170 1983-84 sat for a few years, wont start

    This boat has sat for 3 years and now I am trying to get it running again. I think the gas tank was left empty, could be wrong. It cranks, fly wheel spins, but engine won't turn over and start running. I am mechanically challenged, what/where do you start on something like this to get it...
