    well i can finally give poper info on my project boat and motor its a1982 3.8 OMC 4 barrel V6 it runs fine but i need a exhaust manifold for closed fresh water cooling the info i posted before i thought it was a 1985 i dont know if this will change the used selection or not but i am greatful...

    it turns out my 3.8 OMC isnt seized so i still have a chance its still good but its missing a manifold its a closed system will any GM V6 manifold fit or can it just come from 3.8 V6

    can i hook up a 4.3 OMCto a omc leg that was on a3.8 OMC and will the heat exchanger from 3.8 fit the 4.3
