    Tamd40B overheating, any experts out there :-)

    Found the problem with the engine. It turned out to be the freshwater cooling circuit. I loosened the coolant hose to the turbo and started the engine, but no water came out of the hose. I then checked the pulley on the freshwater pump and discovered that the shaft wasn’t turning at all :-)...

    Hi We have two Volvo Penta TAMD40B engines. Last season our port engine got a little hot when running max rpm, lovwering to 3000 and temperature lowered again.
