    1991 155ho, v6 outboard

    one of the starter motor screw mounts broke off the engine block. The starter still works but bendix occasionally gets stuck in the up position and i fear it will cause more problems as time goes by. Can the mount be welded back onto the block? Is it ok to keep running with just 2 bolts...
