    1986 Evinrude 15hp water pump repair

    I have replace the impeller 3 times. The cup and housing twice. The lower intake screen once. The impellers are turned in correct direction. The key holds impeller to the shaft. I can not get it to pump water! What am I missing? Attempt to ad pics with neg results, to large for server.
